Abstract Submission

The Deadline for abstract submission will be May 1st, 2024

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed, and the Scientific Committee will inform contributors the decision concerning the abstract and will be sent by email within 30 days from the date of submission

When submitting the extended abstract, please indicate your preference for presentation format; Oral or E-poster. Please note that the Scientific Committee will make the final decision on the presentation format.

Guidelines for abstracts

  • The abstract title should highlight the primary content of the abstract.
  • The abstract itself should not exceed 250 words including spaces, font type: Calibri, font size: 11
  • The abstract should be plain text.
  • The abstract should contain Background, Aim, Methods, Results, Keywords (from 3 to 5) and Conclusion.
  • Do not include references in your abstract.
